The name Vapía-qeyë Fêqê is derived from the Iron Elvish language, as Vapía-qeyë Fêqê was founded by Ya̋sh Mboī̄ 'Kylie Stella' Joīy Mé̄ Cä̋mb Trêye, who was culturaly Iron Elven.

The establishment of Vapía-qeyë Fêqê was plagued by a lack of willing colonists. After attempts to pay people to resettle failed Ya̋sh Mboī̄ 'Kylie Stella' Joīy Mé̄ Cä̋mb Trêye struck deals with nearby nations and communities to establish Vapía-qeyë Fêqê as a prison colony.

Vapía-qeyë Fêqê was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the early 18th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Vapía-qeyë Fêqê is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature delicute timber framework hidden behind layer upon layer of finly ground plaster bleached to an almost glossy white sheen, with green clay tiled roofs and decorative brass-leafed trim. Even the smallest, poorest looking structures appear to be expencive thanks to the extreem elegence of the organic shapes and paterns going into their lofty, spire-y, vagly gothic designs. The more well off folks live in identicle homes, save for even shiner trim and a more whimsical appearance to their structures flowing forms.

Vapía-qeyë Fêqê is was constructed arround several crampt cobblestone mainstreets which cross one another at certain axies, with smaller streets branching off of them to premit acess to the many buildings deeper into the road network. The overall fashion is remenessent of a circulatory system, or other organic construct, and is quite effishent in its design. The town resides behind a palisade wall complete with battlments, a moat, and timber gatehouses with drawbridges. The style used which employed abundant symbolic geometry, using pure forms such as the circle and square, and plans are based on often symmetrical layouts featuring rectangular courtyards and halls. These structures were is decorated with carved stone or stucco reliefs and made use of colorful stone mosaics..
